There is 9,400 sf of retail at the first floor. The exterior walls include VM Zinc© flat lock panels, exterior insulation/finish system (EIFS), and cast stone masonry over steel stud framing. The amenities include open terraces at the second floor level which provides private outdoor space for individual living units. A green roof system was used on the auxiliary guest units.
